Conor was given a brief by two representatives of Stonewater Housing Association on the housing available in Apple Close in Branksome a development of houses and flats before travelling to Williams Court in Poole Road a development of 39 flats and one house for older people which was completed in 1981. Conor was invited into the home of one of the residents where they were able to discuss the quality of the service provided by Stonewater who have a total of four sites in the constituency.
Stonewater was formed in January 2015 from the merger of Jephson and Raglan Housing Associations. They manage and owns more than 30,000 homes across England and we have one of the UK’s largest development programmes to help meet the rising demand for housing.
